About the Role

MentoraX is expanding its network of expert trainers and is looking for experienced professionals to support the delivery of high-quality, practice-oriented training programs across multiple domains.

We are seeking trainers with strong field experience in areas such as logistics and supply chain, fundraising and proposal development, financial management, INGO operations, and MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning).

This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about sharing knowledge, building capacity, and translating real-world experience into practical learning.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training materials aligned with course objectives, including presentations, case studies, exercises, and practical tools.
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions using interactive and participatory methodologies (in-person and/or online).
  • Facilitate practical learning experiences, ensuring participants can apply concepts to real-world scenarios.
  • Develop and administer assessment tools (pre/post tests, practical assignments, simulations) to measure learning outcomes.
  • Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback to support learning and improvement.
  • Collect and analyze training feedback from participants to continuously improve content, delivery methods, and overall training quality.
  • Adapt training content based on participant needs, sector trends, and emerging best practices.
  • Collaborate with the MentoraX team to ensure consistency, quality standards, and alignment with program objectives.

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: logistics and supply chain, fundraising and proposal development, financial management, INGO operations, or MEAL.
  • Proven experience working with international organizations (INGOs, UN agencies, or donor-funded programs) is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering professional trainings, workshops, or capacity-building programs.
  • Strong understanding of donor requirements, operational standards, and field realities within the humanitarian and development sectors.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, easy-to-understand learning content.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with experience delivering interactive and participant-centered trainings.
  • Experience in developing training materials and assessment tools (presentations, case studies, tests, simulations).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review participant feedback and continuously improve training quality.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  • Availability to deliver trainings in flexible formats (in-person and online).

MentoraX is expanding its pool of expert trainers to support the delivery of high-impact, practice-oriented training programs in Moldova and beyond. We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join us as part-time/associate trainers across key domains including logistics and supply chain, fundraising and proposal development, financial management, INGO operations, and MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning).

This opportunity is designed for professionals who bring strong field experience and a passion for knowledge transfer, and who are interested in contributing to building the capacity of NGOs, INGOs, public institutions, and private sector actors.

Selected trainers will collaborate with MentoraX to design and deliver interactive, practical trainings, based on real-world scenarios and aligned with international standards and donor requirements. Trainings will be delivered through a mix of in-person and online formats, depending on the program.

This is a flexible engagement, allowing trainers to contribute based on their availability, while being part of a growing network focused on professional excellence, innovation, and impact-driven learning.

About the Opportunity

Selected trainers will work with MentoraX on a flexible, assignment-based engagement, contributing to the design and delivery of training programs tailored to NGOs, INGOs, public institutions, and private sector actors.

Trainings will be delivered in multiple formats, including:

  • In-person sessions (primarily in Moldova)
  • Online/virtual trainings

Depending on the program and target audience, trainings are expected to take place:

  • During weekends, and/or
  • On weekdays after standard working hours

This setup is designed to accommodate working professionals and ensure maximum participation.
