We support professionals and organizations through capacity building, automation, and technology-enabled services across regional and international markets. We are seeking a part-time Sales & Marketing Officer based in Amman to support our growth and outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Support the promotion of MentoraX services and products.
  • Assist in managing and posting content on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
  • Support lead generation and initial outreach to potential clients and partners.
  • Follow up with interested leads and help schedule meetings or calls.
  • Maintain and update lead tracking tools or CRM systems.
  • Support preparation of basic marketing and sales materials.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience or internship in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
  • Based in Amman, Jordan, with understanding of the local market.
  • Availability to work part-time (4 hours per day).

This part-time role combines marketing support and sales assistance, ideal for an early-career professional seeking hands-on experience in business growth. The Sales & Marketing Officer will work closely with the core team to support outreach, lead generation, and promotional activities, contributing directly to MentoraX’s market presence and revenue development.
