Welcome to MentoraX. By using our platform and enrolling in any of our training courses or camps, you (the
"Participant") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your participation and
define the mutual obligations between you and MentoraX SRL (the "Provider").
These Terms and Conditions of use apply to orders for purchasing services offered by MentoraX SRL through
the website.
For proper use of the site, we recommend careful familiarization with the Terms and Conditions presented.
We reserve the right to make changes to these provisions without prior notification.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This site is owned by MentoraX SRL. When registering an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the
Terms and Conditions for the sale of goods/products and/or provision of services that are based on the
legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter - Terms and Conditions) presented below.
The use of the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by MentoraX SRL, in
accordance with Law No.284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the client and the
seller is established based on Law No.105/2003 on Consumer Protection, and other normative acts
adopted in accordance with it.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obligated to monitor the
changes.
Definitions:
• Provider: MentoraX SRL, a company registered in the Republic of Moldova, providing
educational training, camps, and consultancy services.
• Participant: Any individual (or caregiver of a minor) who registers for and attends a MentoraX service.
• Services: Any training, camp, workshop, or other educational activity provided by MentoraX.
2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
By using the MentoraX site, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data, which
are necessary for processing/confirming/executing orders.
Personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes, such as providing the services you order,
promotions, Google Analytics, cookies, and notifications/newsletters.
All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the
purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions established by Law No. 133/2011
on the protection of personal data.In accordance with the provisions of Law No.133/2011 on the protection of personal data, the service
provider processes personal data. Personal data is processed in good faith and is done on the basis of and
in accordance with legal provisions. The processing of personal data is carried out by mixed means (automatic
and manual), with respect for legal requirements and under conditions that ensure the security,
confidentiality, and respect for the rights of the data subjects.
MentoraX collects and processes the following categories of personal data:
• Identity data: Full name, date of birth, ID number (if applicable)
• Contact data: Email address, phone number, address
• Account data: Login credentials, course selections, preferences
• Payment data: Bank account or payment card details (via secure gateways)
• Training data: Attendance, performance, feedback
• Minor data: If a participant is under 18, we collect caregiver/guardian name and consent
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, access times (via cookies)
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data unless strictly necessary and with explicit consent.
Your personal data is stored securely using technical and organizational measures including:
• Encrypted storage and secure servers
• Password-protected access and role-based authorization
• Regular backups and security updates
• Confidentiality agreements with staff and trainers
We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and
ensure the correct use of information on the site. Internet or wireless network data transmission cannot
be fully protected. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information
provided by the Buyer, so they will do this at their own risk.
The Provider will not disclose any of the data held to a third party without the consent of the data subjects
and will not commercialize, exchange, or disclose this data to other persons, with the exceptions provided
by the legislation in force (at the request of state public institutions, law enforcement bodies, courts of law,
also authorized to process personal data).
Personal data may be processed and used by the Provider for statistical and promotional purposes.
The service provider fulfills the requirements for personal data security and ensures the protection of
consumer data and protects them from being lost, destroyed, distorted/ falsified, or disclosed to third
parties.
The employees of the service provider are obligated to respect the confidentiality of consumers' personal
data. The processing of personal data will be carried out by the authorized person of the Provider.
The Provider uses security methods and technologies in accordance with the legal provisions in force.You have the following rights:
• Access your data
• Correct inaccuracies
• Request deletion (right to be forgotten)
• Restrict or object to processing
• Request data portability (in machine-readable format)
• Withdraw consent at any time

3. ORDER REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Registration Process: By creating an account on the MentoraX website and completing payment for a course or
camp, you confirm your full agreement with these Terms and Conditions. No separate registration form is
required.
Accepted Payment Methods:
• Online via our secure payment gateway.
• Direct bank transfer to MentoraX's designated account.
• Cash payment at our offices or agreed locations.
Payment of orders is possible with a payment card – upon receipt of the order, you will receive a fiscal
receipt confirming the payment.
Online payment is made under maximum security conditions using a payment card as a payment instrument,
which allows online transactions. After making the payment, you will receive a payment confirmation to
your email address.
The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D- Secure security standard,
which means a new global approach to authenticating buyers in secure online transactions. This security
measure involves redirecting the user at the time of payment to a secure maib page where authentication
of each cardholder is done by assigning a one-time code for each online transaction.
Refunds are processed only to the payment card used for the purchase.
To make a payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information is done
in accordance with all necessary security measures. The information is transmitted in encrypted form and
is stored only on a specialized server of the payment system.
The following data will be requested for payment: * Card number (16 digits) * Expiration date (month and year)
* CVC or CVV code (3 digits) * Name and surname on the payment cardPricing and Currency:
• All prices are listed in Euros (€).
• Payments may be made in Moldovan Lei (MDL), using the official exchange rate of the National Bank
of Moldova (NBM) on the date of payment, but not lower than 20 MDL per 1 Euro.
If the card currency differs from the transaction currency (MDL), then the conditions of the issuing bank
will apply when converting the amount withheld from the card account.
4. SERVICE PROVISION
Services offered by MentoraX include training, educational camps, and consultancy services. After
registering an order or enrolling in a program, the buyer will receive details regarding the date, location
(physical or online), and conditions for participation in the chosen service.
All information about service delivery will be communicated via email to the address provided during
registration.
MentoraX reserves the right to modify the program or location of the service, in which case participants will
be informed in advance. If the event is canceled by MentoraX, participants will receive a full refund or
may opt for transfer to another program.
Training Courses
The indicated course price includes:
• Full access to all sessions and practical exercises.
• Training materials, handouts, and stationery (if applicable).
• A certificate of completion issued by MentoraX (and where relevant, by our institutional
partners).
Camps
The basic camp price includes:
• Daily training sessions.
• One mid-day meal per day.
• Certificate of participation.
Optional Services:
• Transportation: €10 per day (round trip).
• Accommodation (including 3 meals):• Shared room: €60/day.
• Private room: €95/day.
5. RIGHT TO RETURN
Participants can cancel participation in the services offered (trainings, camps, consultancy sessions)
according to the following conditions:
• Cancellation up to 30 days before the start date: An administrative fee of 50 EUR will be charged; the remainder
will be refunded.
• Cancellation between 14 and 30 days before the start date: 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
• Cancellation less than 14 days before the start date: No refund will be granted.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: Contact@mentorax.net
If MentoraX cancels a program, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer to another
available program.
6. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
Participants are expected to:
• Attend all sessions on time.
• Show respect to instructors, staff, and other participants.
• Follow site rules and regulations.
Strictly Prohibited:
• Alcohol consumption is not allowed at any training or camp venue.
• Offensive or disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the course or camp without refund.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials distributed during MentoraX programs (digital or printed) remain the intellectual property of
MentoraX or its affiliates. Redistribution or reuse without written consent is prohibited.
8. MINORS
If a minor registers for a camp or training program, the parent/legal guardian must provide written or digital
consent. The guardian assumes responsibility for the minor'sparticipation and agrees to the data collection necessary for registration, safety, and communication
purposes.
For minors enrolled in camps: By completing registration and payment, the parent/ legal guardian confirms their
full responsibility for the participation of the minor. This includes acknowledging the activities involved, the
location of the camp, and absolving MentoraX from liability for the child's behavior or any incidents outside
the direct supervision of the MentoraX team.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• MentoraX is not liable for injuries, personal losses, or property damage incurred during
participation in any course or camp, except in cases of gross negligence.
• Participants are responsible for their belongings and conduct.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
MentoraX is not liable for disruptions due to unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters,
pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions, transportation strikes, civil unrest, or any other
circumstances beyond reasonable control.
In such cases: * Courses or camps may be rescheduled or moved to an online format when possible *
Participants will be notified as soon as practicable about any changes * If rescheduling is not possible,
participants may receive credit for future services or a refund as determined by MentoraX
11. COOKIES AND TRACKING
Our website uses cookies to improve functionality, analyze traffic, and personalize content. You will be
prompted to accept or reject cookies when visiting our site. You can also control cookie preferences via
your browser settings.

12. AMENDMENTS
MentoraX reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be
communicated via our website and will take immediate effect.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes shall be settled
under the jurisdiction of Moldovan courts in Chișinău.
