Refunds

Participants may cancel their registration according to MentoraX’s general terms: Cancellation up to 30 days before the start date — a 50 EUR administrative fee applies, and the remaining amount will be refunded; Cancellation between 14 and 30 days — 50% of the paid amount will be refunded; Cancellation less than 14 days before the start date — no refund is provided. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Contact@mentorax.net. If MentoraX cancels the program, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer to another available program.

Safety

The camp follows strict safety procedures, including constant supervision, designated activity zones, and attendance checks. Participants must follow staff instructions at all times to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Code of conduct

All participants must maintain respectful behavior, collaborate positively, and avoid any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination. Alcohol, drugs, and cigarettes are strictly prohibited on the premises. Violation of camp rules may result in removal from the program without refund.

Media consent

By participating in the camp, participants (or legal guardians for those under 18) consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the program for educational and promotional purposes, unless a written opt-out request is submitted.

The camp is designed for adolescents aged 12–17 and young adults aged 18–25 who want to improve leadership, communication, teamwork, and confidence.

Participants receive an official MentoraX Certificate of Completion, recognized by our partners and widely accepted for youth development, leadership, and extracurricular achievement.

No. Participants may choose either to stay overnight at the camp or return home at the end of each day.

Meals, transportation, and accommodation can all be provided upon request. Participants may also arrange their own as needed.

Yes. The camp follows strict supervision and safety protocols, with trained staff overseeing all activities and designated safe zones.

We recommend bringing water, a cap, comfortable clothing, and comfortable shoes, as many activities take place outdoors.

The camp will be held offline in Moldova. The exact location will be shared with registered participants.

The camp includes alternative indoor activities to ensure all modules continue safely regardless of weather conditions.
