Business Growth Associate
About the Role
We are hiring a Business Growth Associate Intern to support MentoraX’s expansion across services and academy offerings. Mentorax are looking for a fresh graduate in Jordan who wants hands-on experience in growth, outreach, lead generation, and AI-powered business development. You’ll work directly with MentoraX on real campaigns, real leads, and real client conversations.
Responsibilities
You will help us build and run growth campaigns for MentoraX’s software outsourcing and AI automation services. Your work will include:
- Researching companies that may need software development, AI automation, or outsourcing support.
- Building clean lead lists with company names, decision-makers, LinkedIn profiles, websites, and contact details.
- Writing short LinkedIn and email outreach messages based on each company’s possible needs.
- Testing different outreach angles and tracking which messages get replies.
- Following up with leads in a professional and organized way.
- Updating CRM sheets and keeping campaign data clean.
- Using AI tools to support research, writing, personalization, and market analysis.
- Preparing short weekly reports on what was sent, who replied, and what we should improve.
- Supporting real client conversations when there is a positive reply or meeting opportunity.
What you’ll learn
By the end of the internship, you should understand how to:
- Find potential B2B clients.
- Build lead lists from scratch.
- Write outreach messages that sound human and relevant.
- Use AI tools for business development and sales research.
- Track replies and manage follow-ups.

Requirements
We are looking for a fresh graduate or early-career candidate with 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, growth, marketing, customer support, account support, or a similar field.
You do not need to have done everything before. What matters most is that you are curious, organized, willing to learn, and able to follow up consistently.
You would be a good fit if you have:
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, growth, customer support, or similar.
- Interest in lead generation, outreach, and finding new business opportunities.
- Some exposure to LinkedIn, email outreach, online communities, events, or customer communication.
- Ability to write clear and professional messages in English, such as emails, LinkedIn messages, short posts, or simple business content.
- Basic comfort using Google Sheets or Excel to organize leads, track progress, and prepare simple reports.
- Interest in digital marketing concepts such as funnels, positioning, conversion, SEO, or social media.
- Willingness to learn CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar. Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills, attention to follow-up, and the ability to keep tasks organized.
- Ability to work remotely with clear ownership, documentation, and responsiveness.
- Professional working English. Arabic is required for local communication; other languages are a plus.
Nice to Have
These are not required, but they would be helpful:
- Previous internship, freelance work, university project, or volunteer experience related to sales, marketing, business development, or community building.
- Experience or interest in B2B and B2C services, IT solutions, training programs, consulting, or startups.
- Basic experience with Canva, Figma, or simple content/design tools.
- Exposure to email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar.
- Interest in paid ads, SEO, marketing automation, or tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Semrush.
- Experience helping organize webinars, workshops, events, student activities, or community programs.
- Interest in technology services such as websites, AI, automation, data, cloud, or software outsourcing.

Performance-Based Compensation
The role includes a commission-based allowance linked to achieved targets such as qualified leads, completed outreach, booked meetings, and successful conversions.
