We support professionals and organizations through capacity building, automation, and technology-enabled services across regional and international markets. We are seeking a part-time Sales & Marketing Officer based in Amman to support our growth and outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
- Support the promotion of MentoraX services and products.
- Assist in managing and posting content on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
- Support lead generation and initial outreach to potential clients and partners.
- Follow up with interested leads and help schedule meetings or calls.
- Maintain and update lead tracking tools or CRM systems.
- Support preparation of basic marketing and sales materials.

- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience or internship in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
- Based in Amman, Jordan, with understanding of the local market.
- Availability to work part-time (4 hours per day).
