Role Description
We are looking for a results-orientated marketing & sales officer who will take full responsibility for marketing activities and directly contribute to revenue generation. This role combines strategic marketing execution with direct sales and customer interaction.

The ideal candidate is both creative and commercially orientated; they are able to build effective campaigns, generate leads, and convert them into customers.

Responsibilities

1- Main Responsibilities

  • Marketing and Campaigns
  • Planning and implementing end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Managing paid campaigns: Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Coordinating social media presence (organic and paid)
  • Developing B2B outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, direct contact)
  • Monitoring campaign performance and optimising (CTR, conversions, leads)

2- Content creation

  • Creating visual materials according to brand identity
  • Creating and editing video content for campaigns
  • Developing content for social media and marketing


3- Sales and conversion

  • Contacting leads generated through campaigns
  • Supporting commercial discussions and presenting services
  • Converting leads into customers
  • Managing the sales pipeline

  • Fluency in Romanian, English and Russian (mandatory)

The Marketing & Sales Officer at MentoraX is a hybrid role combining digital marketing execution with direct revenue generation. The position is designed for a commercially driven professional who can both create demand through targeted campaigns and convert that demand into paying customers.

The role involves full ownership of the marketing funnel—from campaign planning and lead generation to customer engagement and sales conversion. The officer is responsible for managing paid advertising (Meta and Google), coordinating social media presence, developing outreach strategies, and producing engaging content aligned with the MentoraX brand.

On the sales side, the role requires active communication with leads, presenting services, handling objections, and closing deals. The candidate is also expected to manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and continuously optimize both marketing and sales activities to maximize results.

This position requires a balance between creativity and business acumen, with a strong focus on measurable performance, growth, and impact.
