About the Role

We are hiring a Business Growth Associate to support MentoraX’s expansion across services and academy offerings. This role blends Sales, Marketing, and Content Management with hands-on execution across campaigns, lead generation, partnerships, and growth operations. You will work closely with leadership and delivery teams to convert market opportunities into measurable revenue and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects (research, outreach, qualification, follow-ups).
  • Support lead generation and initial outreach to potential clients and partners.
  • Follow up with interested leads and schedule meetings or calls.
  • Conduct discovery calls, identify client needs, and propose suitable service/training solutions.
  • Support proposal creation, pricing coordination, and closing activities with leadership.
  • Maintain accurate CRM/lead tracking records (leads, stages, next steps, deal notes).
  • Track and report KPIs (leads generated, meetings booked, conversion rates, revenue contribution).

Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Support promotion of MentoraX services and products across relevant channels.
  • Execute marketing initiatives via email, social media, and other channels to drive leads.
  • Manage and publish content on social platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  • Help plan and run campaigns (organic and paid, where applicable), including targeting and messaging.
  • Coordinate landing pages and campaign assets with web/dev teams as needed.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics and recommend improvements.

Content Management & Enablement

  • Own content operations: planning, drafting, editing, scheduling, and publishing.
  • Maintain consistent tone and messaging across the website and social platforms.
  • Prepare basic marketing and sales materials (one-pagers, decks, case-study drafts, service descriptions).
  • Support SEO basics (keywords, metadata, internal linking, content structure).

Additional Growth Tasks

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis; summarize findings into actionable insights.
  • Support partnerships outreach (vendors, communities, training partners).
  • Assist with webinars/events (planning, promotion, registration flow, post-event follow-up).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to capture success stories and convert them into marketing assets.

  • 1–2 years in a relevant role (Business Development, Sales, Growth, Marketing, Account Support, or similar).
  • Practical experience with outbound and/or inbound lead generation (email, LinkedIn, communities, events).
  • Ability to write clear professional content (sales emails, landing page copy, social posts, short articles).
  • Familiarity with CRM usage (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Understanding of basic digital marketing concepts (funnels, positioning, conversion, SEO fundamentals).
  • Comfort working with metrics and reports (Google Sheets/Excel; basic analytics interpretation).
  • Strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment (task ownership, documentation, responsiveness).
  • Professional proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling B2B services, IT solutions, training programs, or consulting.
  • Basic design/content tools (Canva, Figma basics) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot).
  • Experience with paid ads, marketing automation, or SEO tooling (Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush).
  • Experience organizing webinars, workshops, or community programs.
  • Understanding of technology services (web, AI, data, cloud) and how to position them.
